The more you’re in a hurry, the less effective any of the methods discussed will be. It’s the same as when some douchebag hits on you with “skills” he learned from a few online articles. He tries to expedite the “relationship” or trick you into thinking that he likes/loves you.

Your inner self knows instantly that you’re in a hurry, that you’re not actually interested in the inner self; that you, in fact, are trying to eliminate and change the inner self to suit yourself.
